I will definitely recommend Acuatico Beach Resort to my friends and family and I look forward to planning my next vacation in the Philippines with this resort in mind. A very romantic evening if you happen to have your spouse or partner or just to have dinner with the family. The beach entertainment was something to remember from the fire dance to the very delicious buffet meal served at the beach front top by live band performing. Alli for her professionalism, courteous and very friendly attitude serving the guest with a smile and acknowledging everyone even when she is with another guest making you feel welcome. I am personally impressed with the front desk staff specially Ms. The private settings gives you the vibe that you are in a private Island. From the time you enter you are greeted by very friendly, knowledgeable staff to assist you and answer any questions you may have about your stay. This resort is absolutely gorgeous, private and the setting is magnificent. A must stay for visitors for family vacation or staycation!… And we received a call in our room in the evening to ask if we needed anything else. We noticed that the pool staff was meticulously keeping the pool area clean and chaise lounge chairs straight and orderly during our time at the pool. Three examples which demonstrated the customer-centric and detailed focus of Acuatico's management and staff: Prior to scheduled arrival Acuatico had turned on the air-condition in our room we walked into a refreshingly cool room while it was hot and humid outside. The infinity pool design was impressive with four pools - one with jets, a 3 ft pool for children, a deeper pool at 4.5 ft, and a much larger and deeper pool with a bar in the middle. Our package included breakfast and dinner and while we expected the regular fare, we were pleasantly surprised how varied and good the food was. Staff all over the resort from reception, restaurant, pool and room was friendly, attentive and anticipated our needs.
